Terms and Conditions of Use

 

These terms of Service apply to all Edennix Consulting Inc. (referred to as "Company", "Edennix", "Edennix Consulting", and/or "ICEA") sites and sister sites. This includes edennix.com, iceahypnotherapy.com, misssynchronicity.com and any future sites that may or may not be adopted by Edennix Consulting Inc.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

User License



 

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Company’s web site for personal viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:



- modify or copy the materials;


- use the materials for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);


- share course materials (or personal login) with another person;


- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Company’s web site;


- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

- transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server;

- reteach or share information and strategies taught in the course materials as your own.

‍Termination



 

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the above restrictions in section 2a. By canceling your subscription to a course, you terminate your user license and end your course access.



 

Edennix Consulting reserves the right to terminate and ban any user that files a fraudulent charge back with their credit card provider. If terminated for fraudulent chargeback you will lose all access to the platform, communities, and any previous courses purchased without refund.



 

Edennix Consulting reserves the right to terminate and ban any user that abuse our platform or policies as our discretion. If terminated for abuse you will lose all access to the platform, communities, and any previous courses purchased without refund.



 

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the  termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format

Refund Policy

 

All products and services are non-refundable, unless otherwise suggested.

>>> Policy For Terminating International Centre for Expanded Awareness (ICEA) Hypnotherapy Sessions: (*This is here as a worst case scenario "just in case" as it's very unlikely to be a result of your experience as our intake process is robust and interactive and designed to ensure a good fit for both you and ICEA service providers.)

 

Buy Sessions, Attend Zero; Do not buy sessions before sending the Intake Form, having the Initial Interview and being assessed as appropriate and invited to buy sessions. Follow the application process outlines on the ICEA website homepage, not doing so is a strong contraindication for success. If sessions are assessed as not appropriate by the ICEA, a refund will be made of the price paid, minus $50. If you pay for sessions, and do not book your first session within 30-days, you may refund your purchase price minus $50.

 

Buy Sessions, Attend One;  If during the first session significant new information arises that leads to an assessment that sessions are not appropriate, they can be discontinued at the discretion of the ICEA. This includes an inability of unwillingness to follow or grasp the process described in detail in the intake call. A refund of the price paid pro-rata for the other two sessions will be given, minus $100.

Single session will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, given 24 hours notice. If not given notice, there will be no refund of the session. If approved, you can apply for another session at full price for further sessions.

 

It can be therapeutically counter-productive and unhelpful to allow or tacitly encourage not finishing what you started mid-process. The financial incentive to show up each time on time and get what you paid for is much better than rewarding a strategy of doing things by halves.

 

Sessions are not obligated to be given, nor continued.

Edennix.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site and/or Services, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice

Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site

Governing Law



 

Any claim relating to Company’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (Canada) without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

No Soliciting



 

No fishing for outside clubs, masterminds, forums, or social groups. Anyone caught fishing will be banned from site use without refund.

We’re a very diverse community. This means you should respect other people’s beliefs, interests and property while on Edennix Community pages and forums. We at Edennix Consulting take a strong stance against hate speech, rude or abusive behaviour, bullying, and misogyny. You should behave the same way on Edennix sites as you would in real life. Additionally we encourage all of our users to report anyone who does not follow these behavioural guidelines.
